Prudhomme, a communist leader of the 19th. Century said “ Property is Theft, It was a favourite dictum of the Left Sixties crowd. It was the Guiding Light of DNS,( District of Northern services ) when the NDP gave the northern half of the Province of Saskatchewan to socialist radicals to do with it what they will.
Exodus , Chapter 20 says Thou Shalt Not Steal. What Prudhomme , the Left of the 1960's and the NDP ment was everything should belong to the State and State authorities should decide who gets what and for how long. In northern Saskatchewan that meant, public housing, parcelled out to whom votes right, that is left, who keeps their mouth shut and in some cases who hands over her or his body to a housing authority.
I do not know if Trudeau, May and Singh bother to quote Prudhomme or anyone. They are more in the Jerry Rubin style, “ If it feels good , do it. “ and whatever feels good is power.
In a series of Canadian stamps are pictures of Canadian sites that belong to the United Nations . Who gave pieces of our country to the United Nations and by what authority?. If some place is of historic or natural significance couldn’t Canadians look after it themselves? Mostly socialists like giving away things away or destroying things that don’t belong to them.
The sites on the Canadian stamps are not all that have been taken from Canadians.
There are huge tracts of land in B.C. and the Territories whose use is frozen , put to no use , not even for tourism and certainly not for trapping and hunting. The Greens think man is the No. 1 enemy of Nature, which is good and pure, always. Their idea of a good use of land is to pull out all the plants that did not grow there till man came along. Now how do they know what seeds were stuck on Henry Kelsey’s moccasins? It’s a good make work project for civil servants who like a tan. Another one is to relocate animals. Now obviously a cougar in Vancouver is not a good idea. But bears in northern Saskatchewan ?. Our local enterpriser has a better plan. Help generate income for locals to help Southerners get one to hang on their wall. After the bear season was over there still was at least one who loved the berries in our school yard.
Not so humorous are the GREEN PEACE antics of stopping whaling boats by threatened and real violence. Canola oil is a genetically modified food that was developed by improving rape seed by .. you guessed it, Canada . Everyone in Canada and the United States use it judging by my cook books. It is also a big International market such as sold to China (until Trudeau offended the Chinese and stopped the market). Scientists improved rice and created a product, Golden rice. But Green Peace stopped its product, thus stopping a food that can feed millions in poor countries fighting starvation. According to the Inuit who live in the Arctic Circle there are more polar bears than ever but Green Peace and others get donations from saving the polar bear. Canadians in the North use and eat polar bears . Should they be denied their traditional and healthy food for the Green’s need for poster appeal ?
The biggest theft is the Carbon Tax. Carbon Dioxide is essential for Life, all life including ours. The more there is , the more growth of crops, plants, trees, forests et c. Farmers produce things that use carbon dioxide and yet their livelihood is being attacked by a tax on the fuel that is needed to grow what we all need.
Meanwhile a turkey farm owned by Hutterites was attacked by some hoodlums called Animal Rights Activists . There would be no turkeys raised at all if there weren’t farmers who were willing to feed and protect them. Turkeys can’t survive on their own. They would become extinct. But with this crowd they would like people to become extinct. Gay
