All Souls Day
It’s time to get the real criminals out of the North and out of this community. Mounties come and mounties go but who influences them and controls them goes on forever. When John Caswell was on council he was chosen to be police representative. People were delirious with joy. However Shirley Cook was furious because only she gets to tell the mounties what is her version of reality. So John Caswell POOF was not the representative and Shirley and Gideon Cook continued and continue to be Law and Order Man in Brabant Lake while they have been involved with criminal activity up to their eye balls for three generations at least. I have tried to politely educate the RCMP ( police) but they want to serve in the Southend area for two years or less and get the something out of here . The last thing they want to do is hear the Real Story of what is going on.
Another and a main pocket of organised crime is the La Ronge Municipal Office coupled with Northern Lights School Division. As stated in two blogs past they have acted like drugs were legalised when the District of Northern Services ( DNS) drew an imaginary line and started playing People’s Republic of Northern Saskatchewan. We’ve had fifty years of brain damaged, mentally ill people destroying themselves and others. We have had fake education and fake health care which is more akin to a eugenics sweep to get rid of Northerners as functioning , independent people.
When John was continuously bringing up the issue of drugs at meetings , Administrator Val Antoniuk decided that he was in a conflict- of - interest issue , fired him from his job at the water treatment plant, took away his keys to the town office and locked him out of running for re- election as mayor. Gideon Cook became mayor by default . He promptly gave his sister , his son , his brother in law main jobs. All this was fine with Val. She was and is always ready to fund a tax funded drunken bashes at the bidding of Northern Lights Staff.
The Northern Lights School had their doors open at best half the time. The main staff is a user and distributor of alcohol and marijuana. Hallowe’en is the Number I Sacred Rite for Northern Lights Schools. Gideon Cook tells people that God can’t be mentioned in school. (This is not the U.S.A. Catholicism and Christian Religion in Education is protected in our Constitution.) But this year the staff forgot about any pretense of a party. Joyce McLeod, and the janitor ( girl friend of her son )took off before noon on Oct.31, didn’t even pass out candy, which is tax funded , and made sure the tax funded booze was well distributed . They are coming back after the major damage is done. I have written about these tax funded booze parties many , many times. They usually result in violence leading to police sentencing. All this is protected in the name of education while Our Lady of the North School provides a solid, real Kto 12 education with proven results. We get No tax money although Catholic education and educational choice is protected by law.
Now Gideon Cook , who ran the Water Treatment Plant since he became mayor , without any training , has done thousands of dollars to the Plant and we are presently without water , while we are trying to put on a deferred All Saints Party. No booze, no tax funding.
There is consistent misuse of public funds, criminal negligence resulting in threats to peoples’ health, false and harmful deception of a pretense of education, inciting violence, harming children with blatant distribution of alcohol and dugs while being in a position of authority .... and we haven’t even discussed perjuring yourself and deliberately misleading the police..... Isn’t this enough ? Gay

To continue with “Tax Funded Drunks” here is a short report on the current spree in the bush. All of these events are funded by the Municipal Office . Since everyone can’t or won’t go to the Kulture Kamp, , Councilor McLeod passes out booze to those who stay at home. We never get a financial compensation to make up for our non- drinking habit. It is not known what is happening at the camp. But while some parents and children are away their young people are involved in a prolonged drunk. At 6 am we listen to EWTN Mass ; at 7 AM there is a knock at the neighbour’s door. The person gets no help so talks to John through our window. He says his sister Amelia Charles is smashing windows at their house and going up the street smashing other people’s window. He wants to phone the police. I do so . He says to tell the police he wanted to talk to them since his baby nephew is home alone . Then Amelia phones. She informs me that she wants to talk to “John.” I refuse to allow her. She says that she is going to cut our lawn, right now. She calls me a racist. I tell her that she is in serious trouble for smashing windows. She says “ Have you proof of that? ! She hangs up and phones again. “ Is Mr. Caswell there? I want to talk to Mr. Caswell , not You!!! Both of us know that she wants a ride to La Ronge ( 175 km .away) so she won’t be here when the police come. She never gets her demand for rides although this is consistent drunk behaviour from her. We hear the sound of the mounties’ vehicle with its rattles . The detachment is 45 km away on a rocky, twisting road. This kind of thing has happened often in the past but has increased with the unelected reign of Gideon Cook and Joyce McLeod.
The last major drunk was Canada Day, July 1. It was heavily financed by the municipality. Windows were smashed then as well. The tax payer will pay for that also. The victims will have a long wait for repairs.
Meanwhile we continue to be one of the few employers who provide work that is not tax payer financed. There has been some purposeful municipal work done this year. What we do is financed by us. W e have been working on clearing brush to build a proper fire guard, and to expand garden space. When we run out of money to pay for the job we have to quit until PRIVATE donations come through. Gideon’s will be paid by the tax payer, and done by using municipal employees and equipment.
It is now 3:52 pm. Fighting and swearing continue next door. “ Free” booze is not tempered by the fact “I’m paying for this and I need to put food on our table.” This blog subject will continue. As long as the Municipal Office continues to fund drunken sprees the situation will continue. Gay

In February 1996 we were living in the basement of the house of the late Mrs. Marie Cook of Southend . I received a phone call from Mr. Gideon Cook, the chairman of Brabant
Lake . He offered me a job as Teacher Aid . Of course since both of us were presently unemployed I said yes. Mr. Cook said , there is about 20 students but our five children are the only ones who go.
We immediately moved to Brabant Lake. All the children of the community immediately began to attend. The teacher Ms. Carole Riviere hot plated ( burning dope) in the kitchen and was absent from the classroom many times. She often screamed in the halls and classroom. I, however thought things were going just fine as the school became a school. Only one or two older students could read. Eight and nine year olds did not know their letters or sounds.
Ms .Riviere ‘s boy friend, Paul Montgrand sold drugs from the teacherage. He and Carole would go to La Ronge every Thursday to pick up drugs to use and to sell. On Friday night one could get high just by walking out the door onto the road.
In a day in early March I was informed there would be a meeting that evening. The Superintendent, Mr. Lobe would be there. The teacher said people here don’t want to learn. They just want a baby sitter. Mable Charles, then ten years old ,told us that they were going to fire me because I was against drugs. Naomi, our daughter rushed in the house yelling “ Mom, I was told people who rat against drugs get shot.!" I had my topic for my speech.
Gideon Cook was the chairman. Some people took the opportunity to criticise his girl friend, Shirley Cook . The actual complaints were vague and forgetable. I got up to speak and the Chairman left the room. The meeting according to him was over. The purpose was to fire me. I spoke about drugs and the drug behaviour of the teacher. This is the first of many occasions in the North in which I learned that the accused is not allowed a hearing.
I attempted to find another teaching job, had a good interview at Senator Myles Venne School but I had been black listed. We had no money and no reason to move. On March 25, 1996 we established L’ Ecole Notre Dame du Nord/ Our Lady of the North School. The first classroom was the kitchen table belonging to Northern Lights School Division . The second was an abandoned radio shack. We began with six students, our five and one more.
Gideon Cook continues to do everything including ordering murders to stop the school. The school continues. Gay
P.S. Ms.Carole Riviere was killed by Paul Montgrande in the teacherage at Dillon, Sask. Mr. Montgrande received a sentence of five years. This was his second proven murder.

“ Having lived in northern Saskatchewan where marijuana and other drugs were considered virtually legal I learned more than I wanted of the marijuana personality. The experience of learning what happens when a person begins on marijuana at the age of twelve was given to me when I tried unsuccessfully to teach a thirty year old. She claimed she was no longer doing marijuana but her personality, sense of responsibility and level of compassion was severly damaged.
I. One’s sense of compassion and empathy is virtually non- existent. Indifference to others is a prevailing norm. Justin Trudeau doesn’t comprehend the suffering of others. He is committed to killing more babies in Canada and abroad. He is committed to allowing youth, the sick and elderly to be murdered. There is no choice, not that that is an ultimate virtue. Doctors, nurses, hospitals should have no options. Trudeau likes legalised murder and has no conscience . Therefore everyone must go along by coercion with his thirst for death.
II. He can’t understand or refuses to understand that there is law and traditions that must be honoured. Parliamentary procedure ,public debate, respect for the role of opposition parties are non- existent. He has an agenda or is pursuing the agenda of a clique who financed his career . Nothing will stop it. The Supreme Court is just a lever or a sop to blame things on. A province can’t rewrite the Criminal Code of Canada by criminal behaviour. Logic and constitutional law are irrelevant. He does not believe in or practise the Rule of Law. He practises the Rule of Trendiness. And Trendiness “c,est lui” (it’s he.)
III. He has no loyalty to his country, to Parliament, certainly not to his claimed Catholicism. There are no limits to his actions. That he is violating Natural Law, The Ten Commandments, Catholic Practice and Teaching is totally irrelevant. He likes the concept of the seemingly unwanted and useless people dispensed- of. It fits his preoccupation with self.
He is morally and emotionally damaged by long term marijuana use and/or a self- centred upbringing by a self- centred father. He is a real and present danger for to the existence of many Canadians and to the very existence of civilisation in Canada.
He must be removed from office immediately. A unprecedented act of responsibility would be that he remove himself.”

Government: biggest racketeer going

Salinger, Premier of Manitoba, has made the government position on marijuana very clear. Marijuana is about more money for the government. He says if marjuana is legal he wants it sold in liquor board stores. Once again the government gets to be the biggest racketeer going. Gambling is bad, but if the governmnet does it , its okey. Killing is bad and exploiting women is bad but if the government brutally aborts babies, physically and psychologically harming women its okey. Suicide is bad but if its done with the help of medicare its therapy.
No one is seriously looking at the harmful effects of marijuana. Yet they have been known for a long time. The mission was given boxes of Readers Digests from the 70's and 80's. In every way they were superior to todays’ issues. They had many documented stories of dangers of marijuana. Why the silence now? There was a very effective poster sent to Reserve Health Clinics 20 years ago on the effects of marijuana to various parts of the body. Why no posters or pamphlets about marijuana in clinics now? The product hasn’t got safer. The human body hasn’t changed. But the censorship of the truth of pot has become almost total.
It is very easy to determine the harmful effects of marijuana. Just visit northern Saskatchewan long enough to really listen to what people are suffering. Northern Saskatchewan has the highest crime rate per capita than anywhere else in Canada. How come? For forty years the DNS gurus made drugs not only legal but virtually mandatory. The police weren’t chalking up crime rates over people toking up. Last year there were 65 murders. That’s not counting the murders that were dismissed as suicides or the ones done by staff in hospitals.
Mark Romanow of Youth Services in La Ronge for twenty years has been telling people that marijuana causes violence including murders yet people still persist in believing that pot makes one peaceful and loving and full of flower power.
Once marijuana becomes legal the government will never seriously reexamine its harmful effects because it will have a vested financial interest in keeping the cash flowing through taxes and their very own drugs and booze joints. There will have to be more police more mental health services, more costs of vehicle and industrial accidents, more children in foster homes and more people on welfare instead of working. In the long run the cost of legalising marijuana will far out weigh the boost to government coffers. Not only do people like Salinger and Justin have a death wish , they are in a compulsive hurry to destroy us and this country. Not only does Justin have a passion for assisted suicide he wants to assist Canada and the Family into suicide.
Marijuana kills. It kills your conscience. It kills your thinking process. It kills compassion. It kills your body’s functions includig reproduction. It leads people to depression and suicide even without help. Stop, think, examine the evidence. Stop the rush to legalise poison. Gay

Municipal Official blocks anti-drugs efforts

Val Antoniuk, administrator of the Northern Settlement of Brabant Lake has shown her pro- drug commitment once again. At a meeting of the Local Advisory Committee the issue of a Law Enforcement Representative for an anti- drug conference came forward. Mr. John Caswell who was the chosen law enforcement representative a few years ago applied to attend. It was assumed that there was no issue but paper work. After the meeting Val Antoniuk from her La Ronge office phoned two of the three counsellors and told them it was too expensive to send John to the conference.
This Conference is financed by Health, Education and Justice Ministries in Regina. It is hosted by New North headquartered in La Ronge. Any conference in the North reguires funding from communities, some as far as 700 miles one way, some as small as 4 households. Government conferences and workshops affecting communities simply won’t happen without mileage, and hotel covered. Drugs are the major issue affecting crime, education and health. Many communities are seriously working to stop drugs and some improvements have been made. John Caswell has been a leader in encouraging law and order in Brabant lake. Without pay he works to help many people in trouble with the law . He has for years given people rides to court which is 90 kms.away.
The Municipal office in La Ronge, rather helping to encourage safe and healthy communities has done everything they can to promote drugs. Antoniuk fired John Caswell from his job as Water Treatment Operator and replaced with a known cocain user and drug
dealer. She told John , when he was acting mayor, that he could not mention drugs at the meeting. She stopped him from running for mayor in the last election . She chose a pro- drug mayor , Drugs were made available so the mayor of her choice would be elected. The size of the council has been reduced because “ there were too many arguments.” What is called arguments are the normal democratic process.
This morning I, Gay Caswell, phoned several government offices. An executive assistent from Hon. Rieter’s office was very polite but did not understand that democracy does not exist in the North. He said Antoniuk must have been hired by the Municipal governmeit. There is no elected municipality and Antoniuk was not hired by any elected counsel and is answerable to no one. Brabant lake has only a Local Advisory Council whose job apparentlly is to take orders from the Administrator whose office is in La Ronge. Antoniuk decides who can run, who will get drug election supplies and what can be mentioned at meetings. Only a person cooperative to the drug trade would be allowed to go to an anti- drug conference.
A former mayor , Solomon Hardlotte organised a petition to have Antoniuk removed from administrator of Brabant lake. Almost every adult in the village signed. Mr. Reiter, the Municipal Minister in Regina sent Mr. Hardlotte a letter telling him that Antoniuk was doing a wonderful job. He sent Hardlotte’s letter to our address. He didn’t even bother to get the mayor’s address let alone take seriously his and the community’s concerns.
Drugs are epidemic in the North because high paying government officials are letting it happen or are actively involved in the trade. Antoniuk is the most blatant example/ She seems also the most protected.

This Conference is financed by Health, Education and Justice Ministries in Regina. It is hosted by New North headquartered in La Ronge. Any conference in the North reguires funding from communities, some as far as 700 miles one way, some as small as 4 households. Government conferences and workshops affecting communities simply won’t happen without mileage, and hotel covered. Drugs are the major issue affecting crime, education and health. Many communities are seriously working to stop drugs and some improvements have been made. John Caswell has been a leader in encouraging law and order in Brabant lake. Without pay he works to help many people in trouble with the law . He has for years given people rides to court which is 90 kms.away.
The Municipal office in La Ronge, rather helping to encourage safe and healthy communities has done everything they can to promote drugs. Antoniuk fired John Caswell from his job as Water Treatment Operator and replaced with a known cocain user and drug
dealer. She told John , when he was acting mayor, that he could not mention drugs at the meeting. She stopped him from running for mayor in the last election . She chose a pro- drug mayor , Drugs were made available so the mayor of her choice would be elected. The size of the council has been reduced because “ there were too many arguments.” What is called arguments are the normal democratic process.
This morning I, Gay Caswell, phoned several government offices. An executive assistent from Hon. Rieter’s office was very polite but did not understand that democracy does not exist in the North. He said Antoniuk must have been hired by the Municipal governmeit. There is no elected municipality and Antoniuk was not hired by any elected counsel and is answerable to no one. Brabant lake has only a Local Advisory Council whose job apparentlly is to take orders from the Administrator whose office is in La Ronge. Antoniuk decides who can run, who will get drug election supplies and what can be mentioned at meetings. Only a person cooperative to the drug trade would be allowed to go to an anti- drug conference.
A former mayor , Solomon Hardlotte organised a petition to have Antoniuk removed from administrator of Brabant lake. Almost every adult in the village signed. Mr. Reiter, the Municipal Minister in Regina sent Mr. Hardlotte a letter telling him that Antoniuk was doing a wonderful job. He sent Hardlotte’s letter to our address. He didn’t even bother to get the mayor’s address let alone take seriously his and the community’s concerns.
Drugs are epidemic in the North because high paying government officials are letting it happen or are actively involved in the trade. Antoniuk is the most blatant example/ She seems also the most protected.

Sometime ago I wrote about Brian McKenzie getting $150,000 of residential school settlement when he had never gone to residential school or if he had he only went for a month. Local records of the public day school clearly show that he was registered there for the time he claimed to have attended residential school. Several people say from other communities that this scam is very frequent. Now there are clear, invasive records of treaty people as to where, who and when they went to school, health care et c. This fraud of falsely claiming to have gone to residential school has to have cooperation from civil servants and Federation of Sask. Indians. In a manner of days if not minutes one can check if these claimants’ story is true. It was not done or known as was ignored. If a person lies about attendance of course they will lie about what happened to him or her while there.
Now local sources tell me that:
“ He did not get $150,000 but actually $250,000. He had a big bag of marijuana which he gave to his brother Peter to sell. Peter sold it in Southend and made $6000. The rest he gave back to Brian. The police were digging up Peter’s yard but they couldn’t find anything. Peter had dug a hole under they dog houses and covered it with the dog houses guarded by the dog”.
Now here is Peter’s version:
“ Yes the police were digging up my yard but they couldn’t find anything. They arrested me, then dug up the yard. I am going to sue them for false arrest. Brian’s vehicle was parked at my house because there wasn’t enough room as their sisters. The police were really after Brian. They took my gun which is registered in Sarah’s name. “
Peter has charges for having a gun when he is not allowed one. This goes back as to when he and his two brothers were on assignment to kill John and me. Since then Brian seems to have been on assignment about three times to kill us. He comes to town, takes over the house next door, proceeds to cause a ruckus and hopes to find an opportunity in which it would be unclear as to whom did the killing. So far he gets no cooperation. It appears that the local people do not want us killed and/ or do not want to go to the penn. Theydefinetly got the idea that it is not true nothing will happen to them if they harm us. They also do not touch and protect our property including a garden tool, vehicle et c.
Brian had thrown a rock and smashed the chapel window. Peter said it was someone else. We of course know that Peter was defending his brother of whom every one including Peter is afraid.
Now for the bad part. Brian is in Prince Albert. He and a young woman who worked at the store for some time has been doing the casinc scene heavily: drinking, dope , gambling. The woman was found dead . Autopsy revealed that she was drinking, passed out and threw up, choking to death on her own vomit. Thus as told to us.
Brian has a long history of having serial girl friends, beating them up until they’ve had enough which can last for years. Then he begins again with another female. Recently he took a fifteen year old out to his parents’ trap line. He has plenty of money to lure them with booze and drugs. To date this is the first time death occurred.
Some questions:
Why are people allowed to steal hundreds of thousands of dollars from the government, that is from you and I by a well known and verifiable fraud?
Why is someone with a track record for threatened and attempted murder allowed to get such a settlement? Was it a price from FSI for hit man services?
How can one blithly buy a huge bag of marijuana without anyone tracking the where and from whom? There has been stories of garbage bags of marijuana shipped on SaskTransit Busses,and picked up at the depot. No investigation, no questions asdked. Sometimes these bags are stolen. True or false, I don’t know. Marijuana has been made available especially at election time or some time when native compliance is necessary to such an extent that the quantities described would be believable.
Is Brian really innocent of that woman’s death? His moral guilt is obvious . But should charges be laid for at least manslaughter? Gay

What is the Liberal Party’s real plan and present programme for Natives.?
Prime Minister Pierre Trudeau and his Justice Minister Jean Chretien had a White Paper to get rid of reserves and Treaty Rights. Interim Leader Bob Rae recently stated that the Indian Act should be completely abolished and recently tabled a bill to that effect.. Until he tells us otherwise we’ll assume this is the policy of Junior Trudeau.
The other part of the policy can be found by the Liberal- NDP ‘s political organisation Federation of Sask. Indians. THESE ARE NOT NECESSARILY THE VIEWS OF EVERY OR ANY LOCAL CHIEF AND COUNSELLOR ON EVERY OR ANY RESERVE.
The FSI is:1. Against grass roots democracy . Power and Policy is from the top down.
2. Against free speech and freedom of the media for natives and others. Remember that no native ever was allowed to publicly support residential schools and the churches. If one attempted to do so his or her life or home was in danger. Some tried but no tax payer money was given for plane fare, conferences, media events or classes with credits for them as individuals or as a group. THE FSI was a propaganda organisation against the churches for forty years and still has an ongoing residential school secretariat.
3. ANTI - CHRISTIAN. Natives and metis are historically and to this day some of the most devout Catholics in the world. To wean them from their Christian Faith FSI created another religion which is a hodge podge of various witchcraft, shamon practices, New Age hype and make-it- up- as -you-go. It was and is imposed on natives and the rest of Canadians at tax payer expense. It became mandatory in some jails,clinics, native studies classes and public cermemonies. FSI works to control Catholic priests . They want only priests they can control through black mail of vices and other means. Those Oblates who have succumbed to their control have become spiritual and moral wrecks with their vocations in tatters. And yes not only do they put hexes and curses on people, they brag about it.
4. FOR EUGENICS: Eugenics is the belief and practice that an elite should control the breeding of people as if they are cattle or plants. The foremost eugenist was Margaret Sanger, founder of Planned Parenthood Foundation. She was a Jewess and promoted birth control firstly in poor Jewish communities in New York. She said that the negro preacher should be used to advance birth control among negros. Why has FSI never spoken out against rampant coercive contraceptives, sterilisation and abortion pushed on natives? I thought the answer was they are just too comfortable to care. Then they actively stopped natives from going to the pro- life march in Regina last month.
5. PRO- DRUGS. FSI has never spoken out against drugs even though it is a major problem on many reserves and the biggest problem in the North. Drugs and alcohol are a key political player in the North. In the last provincial and federal elections I saw no Lib- NDP campaign materials except weeks of drugs, alcohol and election fraud. The question remains:Where does the Lib- NDP get their excessive supply of drugs? That should interest us all including Interpol, the RCMP and other police forces.

Holy Evening of All Saints’ Day
N We have a Chapel but it is not heated. So we use the Village Hall on Sunday for Praise and Worship. There is still no access to a Mass within 500 miles. In the morning John was held up at the water treatment plant so in the afternoon he was informing people of the time we would begin the service. Eugene McLeod, former mayor and husband of Rec. Director was apparently holding a copy of blog “ NDP Election Supplies Epidemic” and discussing it in an agitated manner. No doubt his comments were that John Caswell should not be allowed to be a councillor and should not have a key to the hall. The fact that I, not John, wrote it and wrote nothing other than what everyone here knows is true would be irrelevant.
When Bert Horan came to live in Brabant Lake Eugene McLeod asked at a Council Meeting, “ Who invited him here?” Bert Horan was subsequently murdered which is puplic knowledge and as usual nothing was done about it. Eugene believes apparently that this village is private property( his) and no one should be allowed to live here unless he approves. He also believes that the drug use and trade is protected and any one who interferes shouldn’t exist, at least, in this town. There are a few others who share this view.
When John went to ask the Rec. Director a question and also to inquire about her baby who was in hospital and for whom we prayed vigilantly. R. D. Joyce gave him a growl and let him know that he was not welcome in the hall. There was plenty of evidence and reports that more than free Bingo supplies were in town as the NDP booze and drugs flowed.
In the September meeting Administrator Val Antoniuk made it clear that she would tolerate no votes that would dispose the rec. director position despite the majority view on council. John Caswell led the fight and garnered many wins: that the hall could be used by others, that when others have an event it takes precedence over the rec. director’s activities, that there should be no double booking. When we put on an event the McLeod and Beukert team would immediately throw a poker rally. We quit advertising events which didn’t sit well with us or anyone. John and others wanted every councillor to have a key to the rooms that are always locked. Joyce refused because she said they keep their supplies there. She gave in and said that she would always have the rooms unlocked. No acceptable supplies have been removed or are in anyway endangered. However when we were getting ready for Praise and Worship the one room was definitely locked. As known for some time the Rec. Director uses her position to bring booze and drugs into the community and hides these supplies in the public town hall behind locked doors. Gay
